Referral iPAD3 Giveaway Rules
“Giveaway” runs from March 31, 2012, through June 30, 2012. Check the Craig Berns Salon Spa Facebook page for weekly updates.
No Purchase Necessary
You do not need to purchase anything in order to enter the Giveaway. To submit an entry for the giveaway, you will need to be an existing Craig Berns Salon Spa customer and refer at least one (1) individual to Craig Berns Salon Spa.
What qualifies as a referral?
A referral is a first time customer who has had no previous services performed at Craig Berns Salon Spa. Each referral must spend at least $23.00 or more, per person, on any service offered at Craig Berns Salon Spa. Products purchased do not count toward the $23.00 total.
For every new referral to Craig Berns Salon Spa, you will receive additional entries to win the iPad3. The number of entries you receive is dependent upon how many people you refer to Craig Berns Salon Spa. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer during the contest. After the first referral, you will be awarded with additional contest entries matching the number of referrals you have made.
For example:
1st referral = 1 entry
2nd referral = 3 total entries
3rd referral = 6 total entries
4th referral = 10 total entries
5th referral = 15 total entries
6th referral = 21 total entries
About the Prize
We will issue the following prize: (a) One (1) new Apple iPad3, base model. Approximate retail value is $499.00. The iPad features a Retina display, 5MP iSight camera, and ultrafast 4G LTE. For additional information about the Apple iPad3, please visit apple.com/ipad. Prize awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). No substitution, assignment, exchange or transfer of Prize or cash equivalent is permitted by Winners.
How is the Winner Chosen?
There is only one (1) winner. Winner will be chosen by random drawing on July 1st, 2012. Winner will be notified by phone of winning and must claim prize (Apple iPad3) by picking it up in person at Craig Berns Salon Spa, 645 Wells Street, Delafield, WI 53018.
Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced. If your name is not drawn and you are not notified that you are a winner of the iPad3, you are not eligible to claim a prize.
General Conditions
All Craig Berns Salon Spa employees are excluded from this contest.
Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No transfer/substitution of prize by winner permitted.
Release. Except where prohibited, by making an Entry, Participant releases and holds harmless Craig Berns Salon Spa, directors, officers, employees and agents and the judges (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway, human or technical errors, or receipt or use of the prize.
